I have been lucky to have some of the most amazing clients. It is always a bitter sweet when their wedding day finally comes because our weekly contact ends. There are a few that I’ll have lunch with every now and again or keep in touch with through facebook. One of those couples who hold a special place with me is Jeff and Nancy Stamps. I did Jeff and Nancy’s wedding my first year in business. Nancy is ridiculously sweet and I loved working with her. When Jeff called me I was only 3 weeks away from my due date for Lucas and the party would be 6 weeks after that but I couldn’t turn down the chance to be apart of another special day for them. I had such a good time planning this party. I was able to get some of the same vendors as the wedding which made it extra special. The best part was Nancy was actually surprised!! (usually someone spoils the surprise at parties like this). The food was delicious, the photo couch was a hit, and everyone got their dance on…the party was a success!

 

I love this picture! It’s makes you say aww because it’s so sweet and then laugh when you see Tate in the background.

If you are a follower of my blog then you already know of my obsession with Pinterest. WELL….with a new baby, the holiday season in full swing, and working with my clients I haven’t had a whole lot of time to blog but I have have found time to pin! Instead of doing a feature of some sort I thought I would just show you a few of my most recent favorite pins!!

 

What a great present!!! Cut up your wedding invitation (or I even thought your vows) and put it into a clear Christmas bulb. You could do a birth announcement too. I love it.
